Each family is required to work 15 volunteer hours in the concession. In addition to this, you are also required to work any shifts for your childs tournament, as well as time box & 50/50 as decided for your teams games throughout the season. You are also required to help out with any other fundraising opportunities that may arise (e.g. Comedian, Casino, Provincial Tournaments, Raffle Tickets, etc.). Coaches, managers, and board members receive a 5 hour reduction in hours per position. This year the concession/fundraising fee is $300.  As usual, once the year is complete and all levels of fundraising and concession work has been completed, you will receive a cheque back for the amount of the fundraising fee if requested, or you may leave it with BMHA to forward on to use for the following year.
